My name is SALIK and in am 18yrs old. I have never had sex my entire life. My question is that in winter when a person catches cold and the stuff comes out of the nose has RED color, is that alarming ? What do i need to do ? I donated blood on the 8th of Jan. I am really scared that and hope that it`s not something bad. If some one has any idea what it is and should i go to a doctor or would it heal it self ? Please help as i m scared to DEATH.

Don't Panic!!!
Your nasal membranes are more than likely just irritated from your cold. You might try breathing in some warm moist air. Pour some hot water into a bowl and put a towel over your head and bowl and breathe in the moist air for 10 minutes.
If you aren't better in a few days go see your dr.

There is nothing to worry about....it just means you have a dry nose. I would recommend a humidifier in your bedroom. Try this and you shouldn't have a problem anymore.
