There is NO safe and healthly way to lose weight fast. You should only be losing 1-2 lbs/week. You can have surgery done that will speed that up some; however, excessive weight loss is not good for your body.

why are people in such a hurry to loose weight. When you loos weight fast you distroy your body, its not healthy. People should be asking how to become healthy.
I lost my stuborn last 5 lbs in one month (trust me thats fast for the last 5) and all I did was stop eating junk... no fast food, no pre made meals (frozen dinners) no chips, no chocolate....
