hey there,

there are chemicals in the hightlights, that can have fatel effects on..... you, basicaly. I would stay off them for a while but if you use an 'organic' highlighting product... it's completaly safe...

go toi think.... naturalcollection.co.uk

that should have blonding hair mousse or permant highlights thats all safe..... just surf the web otherwise.... but I strongly reccomend staying away from thosel (chemicals) in the normal highlights!

gd luck and congrats!!

It shouldn't hurt. I know that in the United States that's the first thing we hear is OMG don't dye your hair it will hurt the baby, In Europe the women here dye their hair no matter what and laugh when some of my friends asked the same thing during their pregnancies.

i read that you can still color treat your hair, just as long as the product is organic, to ensure the babie's health isn't put at risk. But as long as they're just highlights, i dont see your need to worry.
hope that helped.

I personally wouldn't take the chance-the baby is more important than your hair right now. I know many say that it is safe, but I wouldn't want to find out years from now that they are wrong.

yes you can still have your hair highlighed while preganant , its a perm your not ment to get done while your preganant not because it will harm your baby because it wont . the hormones in your body react with the perm lotion and all that happens is your hair wont curl .

Yes. I just don't suggest it during the first trimester.
