The only advantage I can see to getting married early is if you want to have a lot of kids. You need the energy and stamina to raise children.

disadvantage: you're young and you haven't had time to experience life. As you grow, you may find that what you wanted when you were 20 is very different from 30, and again 40.

I was married young.

Advantages-We grew together and adapted as we grew up. Our needs and wants really became the same because of this. We are very settled and stable in our lives, where alot of people arent at this age. Its nice to be comfotable in our lives.

Disadvantages We did everything so young, marriage, house buying, children having that we are now both only 30 and all that exciting stuff is over. We are totally settled now, while we are watching alot of our friends go through it now and we kind of miss the excitement of the first years of marriage. However, I wouldnt ever go back and do it over again. I like where we're at now.
