***Dietary Changes
The Nightshade variety of plants can cause problems in people with arthritis. You will want to avoid or greatly reduce your intake of these foods.
GREEN NIGHTSHADES are WORSE: Green Potatoes, Green Tomatoes, Green Bell Peppers are the worst for you. AND most nightshade vegetables are harvested when green (not good). (Green tomatoes turn red after harvesting).
WHAT ARE NIGHT SHADE VEGETABLES?
Tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, red and green peppers and paprika, Peppers of all kinds green, red, chili, paprika, cayenne, hot and sweet, Bell peppers (green, red, yellow, cherry)
Paprika, Cayenne pepper (capsicum), Pimento, Chili peppers
Hot peppers (long & red, red cluster) Tobacco is also a nightshade. So is Jimson weed. Unconfirmed Rumor: is that Coffee too might be a nightshade? (still researching)
EXCEPTIONS: Sweet Potatoes (high in Vitamin A), and Yams (not high in Vitamin A), and Black and white pepper do not fall into this category. Avocados are also OK (in fact, Avocados are high in esential, prefered amino acids, and healthy fats). I have found spicy tasty "Miso" (soy) products without night shade.

*Cut back on some of these and see if you experience any changes.

***Drink
2 cups distilled, purified, or mineral water
1 large apple-wash, scrub to take off wax and poisons
2 lemons-wash, scrub to take off wax and poisons
Cut up apple and lemons, and blend in blender with water. Put 3 Tbsp. blended mixture into pineapple, apple, or orange juice and drink. This can be drunk once a day or more often as desired. It helps increase mobility and decrease pain when used regarly.

***Miracle Herbal Rub
You may think it a hoax to call this stuff a "Miracle" but my uncle got so much relief from rubbing it on his arthritic hands, that he had his wife buy 1 pound each of the ingredients so they could make their own.
*It comes in a bag premixed, or you can buy your own herbs.

Ingredients: 1/2 cup Arnica flowers, 1/2 up St. John’s Wort, 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Simply put these herbs into a container (I use a washed out mayonnaise jar) and pour in 16 ounces of Wintergreen alcohol. Store for two weeks-shaking vigorously every day. After the 2 weeks is over, strain out the herbs and bottle the solution. That's it! Rub when needed.
I have been using this on my grandmother's sore back and shoulders. I used it on a knee that was bothering me (not arthritis) and I add olive oil to it and rub it into my husband's back when he has muscle strain.

Moderate exercise definitely helps. It is far worse to become sedentary. Losing weight helps, as well, since carrying extra pounds just adds to the discomfort.

I found a book at a garage sale called Pain Free for Life by Peter Egoscue (sp?) About half an hour a day of doing the exercises he outlined and much of the pain is reduced. It isn't a miracle cure, but it definitely helps a lot. I think you could look it up onlijne and find out the exercises if you don't want to but the book.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.

If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.

Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.

And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.

I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.

It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.

Today, I want to do the same for you!

Hi,
you can try Cayenne Cream
-apply the cayenne cream to painful areas. Cayenne peppers contain an substance called capsaicin which is responsible for their spicy effect. This also causes a burning sensation when it comes in contact with skin, and inhibits the body’s production of substance P which is heavily involved the relaying signals of pain to the brain. Apply the cream two to three times per day for at least one week before making a decision as to whether or not the cream is helping to reduce arthritis pain.

All the best,
Chris K.

Homeopathic remedies like rhus.tox, bryonia, ruta , arnica etc all are some of the best ones to treat rheumatoid arthritis but the selection of these drugs have to be made on case to case basis hence kindly consult a homeopathy doctor available near you or search in the internet for online treatment.

You can't give into it, or it will get worse, Do not refrain from doing something because your arhritis makes it hurt, keep using that joint. Thats what works for me. I just choose not to dwell on it. I have heard that spraying WD-40 on painful joints helps. When I was in my early 30's I had trouble with it, but by some miracle it has subsided, and doesn't flare up much.

Joint pain due to arthritis can be reduced and cured by making small changes in the diet and lifestyle of the affected person. Many of the remedies are inexpensive and do not have side effects like allopathic medicines. Check this out for natural, home remedies for arthritis http://aches.in/naturalcuresarthritis.ht...
