Maybe she shouldn't take the relationship so seriously. You say that hes good for her so tell her to just enjoy herself and not get too emotionally envolved. Dates should be fun not analysed to death.
If hes seeing her a couple of times a week he must like her but allday on the phone and texting? He must really like her cos if you don't its just a nuisance; hence the term 'textpest'. Its also expensive and more than one girl doubley so.
Wait and see and take it easy I'd say.
It will all come out in time. If it turns out he just wants a casual relationship, is that really so bad? Less fuss, I have found.
If hes is sleeping with other people while on the road, well she can too.
If after a while she really feels that finding the one and only is the only way to be happy she can still look for him while having fun with the first guy. Or not if it doesn't sit right with her ethics, but good things are rare so don't chuck it away on a whim.
If everything is good though it will work out if thats how they feel. Love will find a way, as they say.

Sounds like a keeper to me. to be honest it sounds as if he is just being honest with her about his life, if he was a player he wouldnt be so into it all. tell her to stay with him and be happy and even if it only lasts a short while so what life is for living take the happy times when you can :--)

Keeper - Sounds like me and I would never dream off playing around with a girls feelings.
Not having the life for a girlfriend, to me means he has a busy life with work and social commitments, it does not sound like he is screwing anything that moves.
But this is just my judgement from your description above.

i think that everybody need a companioship, so this is what your friend is to this guy - a person to have fun with. agree with me this is very hard to have fun by yourslef. u need a good companion for that. men prefer to have a woman for that. it doesn't mean that he is going to marry her at the end - he might as well keep his eye oopen for someone better to come along. it doesn't make him a player, a guy just is not ready for a commitment

It sounds to me as if he cares about her feelings & is being upfront in what he is looking for in a relationship right now.
I don't think he is a player but I do think he is letting her know he can't offer her more than what they share now.

Your friend sounds really insecure, it sounds like things are going well from what you write so why is she worrying so much?! Has this bloke got a rep or something? She's either insecure or she's got committment issues and is using this as a way to dump him maybe...?

i think of you're naive in case you particularly have self belief that your guy has replaced one hundred%. no person changes one hundred% like that. those little tidbits of advice, like how he tells you while he talks to a girl, are basically the top of the iceberg to maintain you from delving deeper. the final thank you to cover the full fact, is to bare particularly of it, basically sufficient to maintain human beings from turning out to be too curious.
