Whenever I look at myself I feel so fat, and feel like I want to be anorexic to get skinny, and I have had thoughts about it, I don't know what to do.
I am 5"3, 130 pounds, and 14 years old, and a girl. Please help me! Am I fat? How should I lose about 30 pounds?

At 5'3" and 130 pounds, a 14 year old girl isn't 'fat' or obese. What you are is well on your way to becoming a eating disorder having drama queen. Love yourself!

Your age height and weight statistics are exactly what they should be for you. Unfortunately our own eyes can deceive us when we look in a mirror. The best way to know how you truly look to others is to borrow some clothes from a friend that will show your body shape (it is important to wear clothes that you are not used to seeing yourself in) then place a grocery bag over your head, covering down to your shoulders, including any long hair. Now have a friend take some full length photos of you from the front, side and back. Its best to use digital photos you can put on your PC to view. Because your brain won't be able to recognise yourself in the photos you will see how you truly look. I'm sure you will be happy with what you see. PS This is also an excellent way to see how new clothes will look on you before you buy them.

You are not fat. That sounds like a healthy weight. Losing 30 pounds is waaaaaay too much! If you want to lose weight(which you shouldn't) do it the healthy and faster way- good portions, no junk food, especially ice cream, and exercise. I know a 12 year old 110 pounds and she is at the healthiest weight she can be!

I use to be on the protein meal plan call,Scan-Diet.I lost alot,but
like every thing good,They stop selling it,At wal-mart I found something else,Its call eas advant edge soy protein.It comes in two flavor; Vanilla,or Chocolate.
Take it every 3hrs.add 8oz.of water in a small blender put some ice cube,and crush it together.When you eat a meal make it breakfast.Try turkey,bacon instead of pork,your stomach will
thank you. After a week,you can add,a banana only use half,to give it flavor.When you eat have half of sandwich,or just serve yourself as if your going to feed a small child.
After a while you will see a big difference in your clothes.
After you see the difference replace white bread,for wheat,or bran bread,or ever pita instead of bread. Don't eat nothing after
6p.m. Unless it's the protein drink.
But first please talk to your doctor first,he might know wither
it's right for you,or not.

You are not at an unhealthy weight. You are not overweight. If you are determined to lose weight, you should not go below 120. What I would suggest is that rather than trying to diet, just pick up a sport so you become fitter. You could also do crunches and other targeted activities for areas you don't like.
