Apperently the answer is no you need 2000 and up for the upgrade.

I desire ms 2003 to 2007. ms 2003 follows the known format of menus and different standards. people who're conscious of 2003 will discover it difficult to stick to 2007. while you're new to 2007 then bypass forward with 2007 otherwise use 2003
