I want to know if anyone know's of a good job agencies in southern california or las vagas?

I work with childern now but I would like to take my work in a different direction with kids, not working so much with them like an counslor or something in the child field

There are no "good" employment agencies in LA. I've register with a few and it's basically a cattle call. All you can do is try them, although I've never heard of one that specializes in children care workers.

You could try MonsterTrak.com. It's geared more for educational jobs. You can search for jobs or register your resume.

If you are looking for a job as a preschool teacher or similar, there is a HUGE demand for workers. Try Craigslist.

If you are certified, there are websites geared for those sorts of jobs.

Also consider some of the nonprofit type organizations. There is a place up in the hills above Sylmar called Hathaway House, for troubled kids. They are often hiring.
