5 pounds for 10 minute runs about every other day. That was in 3 weeks.

I lost 10.9 kg in 12 weeks
I walk on 16inclimb for 20 mins daily monday to friday
For a month I did 45 minute with out fail or I had to do 90 the next day.
Wrong foods cost me 10 set of stair up and back.
I burnt 100 calour daily on treadmill but I did other excerise as well
and some weights

I believe in yoga and I am loosing my weight regular
