Sounds like its time to take a stand. Be polite but firm and tell her.....Look, i have a job to do the same as you. If the shredder bothers you when i use it, perhaps you can talk to maintenance about moving it into a more convenient spot for YOU.
If she begins making demands and is not your boss.....well, definately time to tell her to back off nicely. Say......I know what my job is and consists of. I dont need you to coach me anymore. We need to work together not be enemies. However, I think its time you and I come to some sort of agreement, because I am beginning to feel as though we dont see things the same. If you are having a bad day, please dont take it out on me. I have done nothing to you.
Do things such as this, but be nice at first. If the situation cannot be resolved by talking civil with her, then perhaps more drastic measures need to be taken such as reporting her or requesting that one of you two be moved or maybe she be counciled about her behavior. Its not too much to ask, and quite frankly, you shouldnt have to put up with it.
Good luck to you.

superb ingredient to do is only forget approximately approximately that individual. Senior year in college could be hard on each and every physique, he/she ought to've been dealing with a bad day, or loss of sleep. Or, in line with threat they only misunderstood what you have been attempting to assert. It grew to become into probable innocently meant, or he/she grew to become into joking with you coach them you are the greater valuable individual and letting it bypass could be greater amazing than telling him/her off. wish that helps.

She might be jealous or something - but that's not your problem.
Can you speak to a supervisor or throw this person a few complements to soften her rough exterior? Good luck to you:)

Just laugh when she says something that makes you feel angry ... find the humor in it instead of the anger.
