Word of mouth; join a networking group; do speeches about health topics for various groups; ask a collegue for referrals; get involved in lots of social and volunteer activities where you can establish relationships with lots of new people; put your name in doctor listings (a 1-800-Dentist type of listing, or listings of the doctors in your area); put an announcement in your local paper about your new practice; offer appointment times that other doctors generally don't offer and advertise that you offer these times.
