A sardarji is a native of India and comes from the state of Punjab. They are those guys who have a turban on their head...(have you seen james bond movie Octopussy.. the villain is a sardarji). They are the butt of jokes similar to the polish and blonde jokes. there seems to be some set of people who get joked about the most. i pity them.. oh one more thing, India's present prime minister Manmohan singh is a sardarji... so hope this answer helps
