I have unistal kaspersky antivirus.is it safe enough to protect my system from network attecks and viruses?

the anti virus is preloaded in my system.do i need to change it?

Kaspersky is very good antivirus software but if you want to uninstall it, get a free alternative like AVG or AVAST - but don't use more than one antivirus at a time
