Do you want to increase your weight ?? Then try to eat fries and any "junk" food. Try eating high calorie food(100++ calorie)

avacadoes, almondbutter and raw vegetables are the healthiest way to gain weight. also avoid stress that's always been my biggest problem for not gaining weight
