This can be normal, as a litter of pups can have different fathers. So your dog was bred to different fathers. obviuosly, you weren't watching what was going on. I think you better go get her fixed now.

A female dog relaeses more than one ova when its on heat. These ovum can be fertilised by as many dogs as available because unlike humans, once an ovum is fertilised it doesnt stop others from fertilisation.
So dont worry about it. If u want exclusive breeding expose it to one dog of your choice.

A female in heat can actually be impregnated by more than one male. So, the puppies in one litter can have different fathers, and have a much different appearance.

Worried? Do you know what dog fathered the pups? It is technically possible for more than one father to fertilize your dogs eggs, thus some of these pups may only be half brothers and sisters. :)
