only way to take care of a warrent?i live in ST PAUL, MN i have a warrent for small traffic violation so is turning my self in the only way to take care of this warrent? i dont want to get arrested at all!!

Just walk in to the Court where the jurisdiction of the offense was, speak with the people at the counter and explain it to them, and they will handle it for you.
ps. an "arrest" is only a means of getting you in to court to answer the charge, if you bring yourself there you won't be arrested.

Pay your fine or set up a payment plan... If you missed court you could be boned.

pretty much, but getting arrested doesn't necessarily mean going to jail.
