I would like to MAKE something, not just buy chips or something like that. I like to cook. This is for a group of high school kids in my youth group.

Buy two boxes of mini filo pastry cups. (tart size). Brown 1 lb ground meat (drain) add 1 envelope taco seasoning mix with required amount of water on package stir in 1 cup of salsa of choice stir in 1 to 2 cups shredded cheddar (depending on how much you like cheese). Fill tart cups with mixture and sprinkle each with additional cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Great finger food recipe.
