Are there any tracks in Ontario where any member of the public can use for a fee?

Yes I am sure the ones in Stitsville(Ottodrome Speedway) and Sauble Speedway do. There are most likely some more these are just the ones I know about.

Racing Season Mid-May through September
Cdn $10 for Adults, Seniors/Students $6, 6-12 years $4, children under 5 are FREE, and Family packages are $25.
Pit Access is Cdn $20 for Driver, and $20 Pit Crew ($15 Pit Crew with valid membership)
Gates open at 6:00pm, Hot Laps at 7:00pm, Races at 7:30pm
Saturday Night racing

Toronto Motorsport Park. for road racing and drag racing.Price is not bad. Your car must pass inspection for each class you wish to enter . They rent the track out for automotive shows as well .
