Testostorone helps build muscle mass. More mucles means more calories burnt. So will it result in fat/weight loss?

doubtful muscle weighs much more than fat and probably won't burn that much more . your chemical make up as in hormones that determine metabolism and food intake matter more. So since people usually lose fat for their health and
testosterone is unhealthy ; why lose weight to become unhealthy seems counterproductive to me .also if you put on muscle weight you still have to use them a lot to effectively lose anything

Taking testosterone will really mess up your hormonal balance. You don't want to do that, no matter how fat you may think you are.

BMI is NOT a reliable way to determine whether you're "fat" or not. Two people of the same height and weight would have the same BMI, but could be completely different in how their weight is distributed, how much muscle mass they have, etc. It is ridiculous to believe that you can simply judge a person's candidacy for weightloss by BMI alone.
