The best method to make hot tea with a tea bag is to warm your cup with warm water. Set the tea bag in the cup and pour boiling water over it (the water should actually be at a real, rapid boil.) Brew 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you want it. Remove the tea bag - no need for dunking or squeezing.

I think the most important things are to make sure the water is really boiling and to not leave the bag to steep for too long (it'll make the cup bitter.)

I don't know of a tea maker that's only made to brew from tea bags, as said, those are normally made for brewing in cups. I have a Mr. Coffee iced tea maker though. If you put a coffee filter inside and put the contents of the tea bag in it to brew it should work okay. I have done that before.

leave the tea bag in your cup of hot water, till it looks the right colour you want, about five minutes I'll say, dunk & count the number of times seems too much effort for a cup of tea ,one attempt should give you the time required.,for a cup that truly cheers.

It depends greatly on the type of tea. Some teas turn bitter if you leave the bag in for too long, but in the case of other teas, the flavor and healthy compounds don't fully come out for 10 minutes or more.
