I don't know Korean.
In Russian it is "Я тебя люблю". In Norwegian, it is "Jeg elsker deg". But in Norwegian you might hear more often "Så glad i deg" or even "Jeg digger deg".

Persian (Dari, Farsi, Tajik) or Russian are the simplest in that record, as they the two are in basic terms classification II Languages (substantial linguistic and/or cultural adjustments from English). Vietnamese is fairly harder than different classification II Languages. Arabic, Cantonese, eastern, Korean and Mandarin chinese language are classification III Languages (extremely confusing for interior sight English audio equipment).

In Russian "I love you" is " Ya lyubliu tebia", looks in Cyrillic alphabet like this "Я люблю тебя".
