Drink 3 litres of water each day. Per day, consume no more than 2000 calories if you're a guy or 1500 calories if you're a girl , and go for colonic irrigation to get all that backed up crap and toxins in your gut flushed out.
That should be enough to lose 1.5k in a week, but that would only work for the 1st week and not subsequent weeks.
Losing 1.5k every week is not at all healthy. You should expect to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week on a healthy diet regime.

do the atkins diet induction...that shifts the weight...and you wont feel hungry nor be constantly thinking about food..which is usually the downfall of most diets...low carb is great!
