YES! It will actually clogs ur pores and this will lead to hair-fall and even balding. Normally I will recommend guys not to use any gel on their hair, if there is a need, prevent from touching your scalp directly. and wash with scalp care shampoo. There is this kind of purifying shampoo in the market which is only recommend for once a week usage. Use the shampoo once a week to "suck" out all the impurities left behind.

You have to take a lot into consideration before you can decide yes or no.
1. If the gel you use is a natural product with no chemicals - chances are less.
2. Your head/hair needs to "Breath" - if you wear gel 24/7 it could be damaging
3. If you are not sure about the product - contact the customer care number - printed on the product, they will be able to give you more advise.
4. If you have experienced hair loss (More than normal) consult a doctor or specialist. Sudden hair loss (Again more than normal) can be caused by other things like diet, stress ext.
If you just want to know if will cause hair loss - less is more (Less muck more hair)

So..
Millions of people all over the world are affected by hair loss, and it's not only the males that suffer this condition as even females are affected by this problem. What's sad is that many of the individuals affected by such a condition end up just accepting what is happening to their hair due to lack of information or options.
If you are looking for natural hair regrowth methods this is a good guide you can read http://hairagain.toptips.org

depends on what hair gel you use...paul mitchell has really good products that nutritionalize your hair with natural and organic chemicals...BUT not all men go bald..i know a number of men who still have a full head of hair past 50...
Going Bald is hereditary anyways..just look at your dad, or grandfather...or even mother and grandmother....that will let you know

it kills the scalps' cell
