Fresh fruits are more healthier than frozen. If frozen, it will take more time for your fruit enzymes to digest. Also note that if your fruit is frozen for a long period of time, it will lose the vitamin molecular structure, and become freezer burned. The taste is still there, but the nutrients is gone.

Fresh fruits and vegetables spent days in transit to your grocery store, losing taste and nutrition along the way. Frozen is better because they were frozen at the peak of freshness, right after harvest.

Fresh are best, but frozen are next. Canned not recommended as the enzymes are partially destroyed in the processing

Frozen friuts and vegetables are not as good as fruits onesbles. They lose nutrients and taste I believe.

no they are not...usualy have added sugars to preserve them..and they are generally so 'treated' that all of the goodness they once had...has long gone.
