Try taking it after eating a meal, if that doesn't help, try a lower dose of B complex vitamins. The usual side effects are things like facial flushing, feeling hot and sweaty, and stuff like that. It could be that your body is "flushing" out toxins. (no pun intended)Make sure there isn't other stuff in the complex also. Vitamins generally need food to be processed. If you can't tolerate them at all, then try some of the herbal teas or even taking a "time out" to relax and breathe deeply and slowly. There are some really great stress relieving herbal remedies (they don't have to be the expensive ones) even ones you can make at home. Make it part of your daily routine to do something stress relieving!! It's good for the body and mind.

normally the onyl mienral that causes what u described is iron fumarate or magnesium oxide. Check that what ur taking only has b vitamin in it. If it pure, snap the tablet in half and try that with food. it might be tooo strong for you, or you could be reacting to a binder or filler. Are you gluten intolerant? Check theres not gluten on the label if u r. good luck.

I've never heard of his kind of reaction. It would probably be best that you consult with your physician. Your body may not be taking it well or you may be taking other medications that might not be interacting with the B-complex well.
