Any Lat excise will help with your ability to do more pull ups.

The one that best represents the same motion is the Lat Pull Down machine.

If you work out at home, then no, there isn't any old-school moves that target the lats

If you have access to dip/pull up machine with weight assist, that's the best way. The stronger you become the less assist you need. Push ups will help build your upper body strength.

yes jogging or any aerobic excercises will give more strength and stamina for your pull ups
