What is it that you really need to know. I mean if you want to say it then just say it. Are you looking for a romanic way to say it or something? Then you should definately do something romanic with the girl that you "love" and tell her how you feel about her without using I love you and and the end of your speech you tell her, "I Love You"

you'll say it... when the time is right. and when it is, it'll come out sounding perfect =D. you don't need to think, or plan... it just comes as you go..
before they do, SHOW her you love her. actions speak louder than words. do things to make her feel special and feel apart from other girls she sees around. remember little details that you know mean something to her and remind her that you've been listening and that you're genuinely interested in her. plan something different.. take her out. keep her smiling, she'll feel the love. then... when it feels right, there's NO doubt you'll be able to tell her you love her =]

keep it simple on a simple occasion. just say it in her ears so that even she couldn't believe it. but b4 this wait for a long time and make sure that u love her. like while making tea or talking with friends or during a ride when ur driving.

really i dont think u really have to say it...u juss need to show it..juss do things for her..be there wen she needs a shoulder...things like that....she'll know...an if u fell like tellin her then juss do it...u can even write it to her...like buy her something w/a card and tell her how u fell in the card...
