strange dreams of a baby?

anyone ever dream like this? not sure yet if i am pg or not, but this is the dream i had. my mom and i were fighting, a seat belt was tied around me, i got out,opened the door when she was driving&ran. next im stealing a baby boy from my mom & sis, im running through a station holding his hand,i tell him that i am his mommy, he is a little confused but then ok with it,my friend takes my mom & grandpa with us to my house which is my grandpas but mine now,there is water flooding all over the house. we all go downstairs, my roommate is down there, we are sitting on the couch playing with the baby who is 2-3 years, i introduce him to my son michael, roomie is a little shocked because he has known michael for a long time. i asked if he looks like me,& he said yes, michael has blond waivy hair and blue eyes,and freckles all over his back, it was peaceful &wonderful. i woke up crying and longing to hold my baby that i dont have. what does this mean? i spotted took 2 tests, neg,docs apt mon.

it could mean that its a dream. jeez, why would we know what your dreams mean. Maybe you love your mom but feel trapped by her, maybe you had unprotected sex and feel guilty. I'm not guessing, point is you are the only person that can answer questions about YOUR dreams. only YOu know what things mean to you. I wish i could save this answer and resend it to every other person on here asking strangers to tell them who they are or what their dreams mean.
