1) don't burn calories- so try to do the minimal amount of activity possible perhaps watch a movie marathon.
2) eat more so as to get the maximum amount of calories coming in as possible- so make sure you eat everything at the meal even if you feel full (this will help expand your stomach). Eat several large meals and snack in-between so that you full absolutely full to your ears all of the time.
3) Eat fats (they may end up killing you but you asked for it). The body finds it really hard to digest fats etc and can store them much easier than energy from Carbs.- So max out on cheese, marg, butter, fried foods, shortbread biscuits, pastries, cream,icecream etc.
4) Load up on high KJ (energy) foods by getting as much sugar in there as possible (you will really need to be a sweet tooth for this). Make sure you have sugar in beverages, on fruit, use jams and sugary preserves, lollies as snacks.
Basically you need to exceed you daily energy requirements so the the excess will be stored, don't do physical activity to assist the process and avoid adding muscle, get heaps of easy to store energy from fatty foods etc (and that will be hard to get rid of too), and lots of sugar ti add to the excess but that will be one of the things used for energy thus helping facilitate storage of the fats.

Its harder for a lean person to gain weight then a fat person to loose some.A lean person probably has a high metabolism rate .The best and healthy way to gain weight is exercise ,people say not to exercise if u wanna gain weight .that's NOT TRUE. Join a health club or can workout at home too, workout not more the 3 times a week for around 1 to 2 hours , use heavier weights every next time you exercise with less repetitions.DO NOT over do it and don't do cardio exercise only do ANAEROBIC exercises.there is a lot of difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercises.areobic exercises are used to loose weight ..Take a very good diet , high in protein like protein shakes , drink more then a litre of milk everyday.remember if u exercise n don't eat you will loose weight .now u don't want that to happen do you .DRINK A LOT OF WATER.Keep a diary and and make notes of what u ate .before exercise have a glass of milk and a banana half and hour before .then after exercise hav milk too ..and after every meal .. have at least 5 to 6 small meals a day .YOU DON'T NEED TO START EATING A LOT FROM THE DAY ONE.TRY TO INCREASE UR FOOD INTAKE GRADUALLY. .take good rest and have at least 6 hours of sleep...u will look good and healthy too.with less fat and more muscle in ur body . .
Protein shake : mix milk ,protein powder , carrot(any fruit) , sugar in a mixer and drink it 3 times a day after your main meals .

eat a lot of dairies like milk and cheese. Load up on the carbs too. If your metablism isn't that fast, you'll surely gain weight with this kind of diet fast.

first avoid being worried ( especially concerning this point ) , Try to fix a certain deal of sleeping every day , have meals with rice , pasta or bread essentially , drink Sweet juice , have tea or coffee with milk , eat a great deal of vegetables and fresh fruits , enjoy your life.

have cheese daily and have an ice cream milk shake before going to sleep: full cream milk, cream or ice cream, complan or protein powder and a few berries or a banana.

have a tablespoon of flaxseed oil twice a day.
