Since the size of the stumbling block is directly proportional to the size of the egos of any and all engineers involved in the project, you must first measure all of those to determine their area. The weight should be the sum of all these areas, squared. It is usually inversely proportional to the project managers IQ, but that is a more difficult equation. ;-) Good luck!
