I know exactly how you feel! I got so dang sick and tired of yoyo dieting and between me and my friend I think we have tried everything you can think of! In comes Herbalife. You will not believe how great you feel and how when your body is being taken care of your weight comes off.
The plan I have is have a chocolate shake or slice of chocolate pie for 2 meals a day, then for the third meal I can have whatever I want! But what’s cool is I crave salads and stuff instead of junk food….which is good since I am a person that eats when bored, depressed or mad!
Here’s where the extra help comes in: I take tablets three times a day that is custom planned for my body and diet plan. Everything on this plan is all natural so I don’t have to worry about putting strange dieting chemicals in my body that can have dangerous side effects. Not to mention my free coach that comes with it! I have not only lost 20 pounds in a month and half but also a LOT of inches! And the energy level is outrageous! Even though I hate exercising I have found energy to do hobbies like rollerblading, ice-skating and riding a bike again!
I love sharing this with everyone I know so they can feel as good as I do. If you are serious about losing weight and want me to help, just let me know! Good luck!

OK listen....you're talking about losing one third of your body weight...that's a LOT.
If you seriously want to lose that weight and make yourself a lot healthier in the long run, reduce your risk of heart disease/early-onset diabetes/early signs of arthritis etc, you need to really commit yourself to this girl!
It's not gonna be easy to lose that much weight, and a half-asssed attempt is not gonna do it!
You need to cut all the craap outta your diet, increase your exercise levels- Do atleast 30 mins of good heart rate raising exercise atleast 4 times a week (daily if possible)...go swimming, it's great exercise, low impact on the joints and fun too...if you can afford it, get gym membership and take advice from a personal trainer...and walk as much as possible...10,000 steps a day is what you should aim for (ofcourse you'll probably have to work up to that so start at 5,000 and increase it by 1000 steps each week until you're at 10,000..get a pedometer!).
EAT HEALTHY..fried food of any kind is out...get a minimum of 5 fruit and veg everyday..cut out red meat completely and seriously cut down on your bread intake.
Sugar is another thing that's gonna have to go too.....there's enough natural sugars in fruit and veg that you DO NOT have to add any to anything...and stay away from candy, cake, milkshake and non-diet sodas.
Also..drink WATER...lots of it...the optimum amount to be consuming is 1/2 an ounce for every pound of body weight...or at the very least, a minimum of 2 litres a day. Water purifies your body..it hydrates you, your skin will look great, your body will get all those bad toxins flushed out of it and you'll feel a whole lot better for it.
Good luck with reaching your goal.
It's not gonna be easy...but it's far from impossible too ;-)

if your figures here are accurate i agree you should probably lose some weight, but i don't think you can safely lose that much weight that fast.
please don't try to, and don't use diet pills of any kind. they are just way too dangerous.
eat healthier meals, and snacks, and keep a positive frame of mind!
you can lose a lot more inches than weight by exercising, so start walking more, take the family dog out for walks, swim if you can and do consider joiining a keep fit class. when you are out shopping park farther away from the store and walk those few extra minutes, take stairs instead of elevators, and yep........it sucks......but it will work!
good luck, stay healthy

There is no safe way to do so. If you reduce food and increase exercise by any combination that results in a net deficiency of 500 calories per day, you will lose a pound a week, and that is a safe rate that you can continue indefinitely.
