I know drinking 8+ cups of water per day is very healthy for you, especially for your skin.

I was recently reading that green tea is very good for your skin.

Since tea is pretty much just water, if i drank 6 cups of water and 2 cups of tea would this suffice?

Also i am wondering, is it bad to drink liquids after brushing your teeth. I do not add any sugar to my tea so I would think its fine.

All of this is fine, although that amount of water intake is a bit high. Do not force yourself to drink more than is comfortable. There was just on the news a California woman who died from drinking too much water.
