If you're able too, walk around your office, caffeine is NOT the answer. Yes, it will give you a temporary buzz, but it's just that: temporary. Water, standing up, even a small bit of light exercise to stimulate your cardio system is better than caffeine.

Coffee, tea or red bull. I keep a stash of red bull in my desk for such emergencies. It only takes the time to drink the can and my eyes are wide open!

you should have snuck some vodka into work, it's odourless and looks like water, nothing beats a hangover like more alcohol.

drink strong black coffee, eat bananas (high in B vitamins) and I know this sounds stupid, but an orgasm releases chemicals into the brain that make you feel better for a short burst.

good luck

Go for a quick brisk walk around the block. Exercise will help but a power nap will make you feel worse. You will pay for it later on though.
