I am comparing four values for purchaing an item, of which one is found lowest and the other is found second and other is found third and fourth. Now at the bottom of value it indicates automatically L1, L2, L3 & L4. How it appears? Please send your answers.

I am about to purchase a product, i floated enquiries to various suppliers. I received four quotations by comparing one supplier is Lowest. Now I want to give ranking for the supplier based on their total values as Lowest 1, Lowest 2, Lowest 3 & Lowest 4. What functions shall use to mark as L1, L2, L3 & L4 or any other procuedure. Please let me know immediately.
