Anything you've read about injecting hormones to increase height didn't come from a medical journal. There is no such thing in regards to adults. Women generally reach their full height by the time they are 15 years old. Once that height is reached, there isn't ANYTHING that can be done to change it. You may read about medicines and procedures for children afflicted with dwarfism, but those things are not available to adults of average heights simply because they wish they were taller.

The average height of women in the United States is between 5' and 5' 4 1/2" (depending on race). You are average. Your height is governed by genetics. There isn't anything you can do to change it. Don't waste your money, or risk your health by buying into phony height enhancing gimmicks.

5'3 may be considered short by some, but it is not out of the range of normal. I'm 5'4 myself, and being shorter than your friends is something you get used to. As you meet more people, you will find some shorter than you as well. Don't let anyone make you feel bad about it. Even if you don't get taller, there are other ways to make up for it, like looks (you'd be amazed how many actors and actresses are petite) and personality. Especially personality. If you are friendly and outgoing, fewer people worry about your height.

There is hope if you are a guy. For a female, maybe you asked this question too late. Try asking the doctors, the have non-natural methods but those tend to have serious side effects and great risk comes with it.

However, you can try jumping more often. Maybe a 1-2cm growth =.-'' There are always high heels for girls anyway.

first off, 5' 3" is great for a girl, so I wouldn't do anything medical unless your experienceing medical problems. Good Sleep in a proper bed is key to growth.

talk to your doctor.

but, there is nothing wrong with being 5'3". your legs still work, don't they? if you're doing this for vanity's sake, i doubt your doctor will do anything. sorry to disappoint.
