I saw a special on the discovery channel about this. The chinese are doing an intense study on this phenomena. Apparently it happens to plenty of individuals. I forget what they call it. Some people are still stuck in a dream and think that they see aliens. Don't worry, you are not being abducted or anything. Your brain is just freakin you out.
