natural work outs based on upper body strength ie push ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, and dips. Also Running long distances for stamina as well as wind sprints and (if you have a beach near by) sand running for foot speed. Jumping rope is good for endurance foot speed and coordination. All of these are great training/workouts for before, during, and after boxing.

Road work, lots of running. The legs have got to be strong and stamina has to be very good. No legs equals a KO. Also, tighten up that midsection, very crucial to absorbing those body shots.
