Simmer it to reduce all the liquid. That's all you can do now!

Here is an interesting Corned beef recipe if u would like to try.

Reuben Noodle Casserole

An absolutely delicious combination of flavors. Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, and noodles are combined in this great casserole.

INGREDIENTS:

8 ounces uncooked medium egg noodles
6 to 8 ounces thinly sliced deli corned beef
1 can (approx. 15 ounces) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 to 1 teaspoon caraway seeds, optional
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 slices dark rye or pumpernickel bread
1 tablespoon melted butter

PREPARATION:

Grease or spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water, following package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.

Cut corned beef into small pieces; add to noodles with sauerkraut, cheese, and caraway seeds.

Pour noodle mixture into the baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together the dressing, milk, and mustard. Spoon evenly over the noodle mixture. Put torn bread into food processor and pulse to make small crumbs. Toss with the melted butter then sprinkle over the casserole. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
Serves 6.

Made Corned Beef or making something with Corned Beef? If you let it cool it will solidify naturally as the fat sets again or if you are making a pie or something then adding mashed potato will thicken it up,instant mash also works well

My old Mum [who is Welsh] taught me to place the beef into boiling water which has onions, celery, carott and mixed herbs [from a packet] in it, keep it boiling for a short while and then turn to simmer. This really works. sorry about your failure, perhaps you can use the beef to make Cornish Pasties. Email me and Ishall give you the recipe

Add a little sawdust, it'll not only dry up your beef, but it will also look authentic.
