Ouch! that sounds much like a worm (virus)! See if you can run an Antivirus program like McAfee (http://www.mcafee.com/) or Nortons (http://www.symantec.com/) or AVG (http://www.grisoft.com/).

.exe=execute you most likely got a virus i like using se personal its some nice software
