If so, that could explain alot about Islam. The violence, paranoia, delusions, etc. What do you think?

In todays society, he would get life in prison without the possiblity of parole, or the death sentence for the things he done. It is sad that leaders teach this stuff to impressionable children, and I have read enough about it, to realize that it alone could cause mental illness. It is very sad to see people that feel, trapped in such a dangerous ideology. They are still people, and indoctrinated from childhood into this stuff. While many are not violent, it is only because they do not follow it the way Mohammed would have them todo. OR like this guy implies, they are just DECEIVING until they can take over wherever they live !! Thank God for those that dont want to kill and do all that stuff.. Go look.

None of these symptoms were recorded in Muhammad (pbuh)
If u say the revelationa were hallucinations, then how cud u explain its impact on his followers, the speech is disorganized in the a schizophrenic person.. Muhammad (pbuh) was an inspirational and very persuasive figure. how is that possible if he had a disorganised speech or apathy/emotionlessness.
Its unfair rather irresponsible and irrational to title a person of such intellect as schizophrenic.
I dont ask u to be a muslim, but have a scientific approach to forming an idea, dont just cook it up without any logic

Well islam is predicated on the belief that the angel Gabriel dictated the Koran to him so three rational possibilities exist:

1. He was indeed a schizophrenic and by some bizarre twist of events his words were believed by impressionable masses.

2. He was just a liar who made it all up: the Koran is mostly just stolen from earlier abrahamic texts and just place an emphasis on the denunciation of jesus as the messiah And an attempt to form a sect distinctly seperate from Christianity and Judaism. I fail to see what Mohammed has to do with the muslims or the koran he had nothing to do with it other than endorsement .
His scribes were able to read and write and that was the beginning of the worst copy of superstition ever in the annuls of mankind. I think you have the violence paranoia and delusions correct to the tee. Schizophrenia as the world is it still is the closest analysis to why religion works but maybe neurosis or schizoid might be more accurate sometimes and sometimes even psychotic is approriate depending on the instance and degree of the religious fervor focused upon .Freud certainly would have agreed with you .

yes he was schizophrenic, because the very life and his behaviour shows what he was when we look into the quran. he himself fought 12 dedly wars asking people to surrender to Islam or face the death by sword. but one battle he lost. there comes question is Quran GOD's word or god's word. because he fought that war under his god's guidence stating that he would win but he lost the war, then his god made him hide in cave when enemies were searchng him ,his god formed spider web around that it would lookto the enemies as though ther is none inside. so you think. that is what the mslims have been doing all over the world.because Mahmmad ordered that all the muslims shold kill the kfirs(one who does not accept the Islam). as Jihadis. and they would not suceed in this because Messaiha will restore the Jerusalem to David's family and satan would be cast into the lake of fire and all those who Know the Living God will be Saved
