You could see a doctor, but the first thing I would do, is limit your computer time. Get up every hour or so, and away from the computer. It is a strain on your eyes, back, and muscles to be in front of a computer in one position for long periods of time.

Sounds like simple eye-strain from staring at your monitor for long periods. If you must do so, I would suggest possibly taking a good multivitamin daily. This may help your eyes deal with the stress and limit headaches. A visit to the optometrist would be a good idea though.

You are showing the signs of eye fatigue.
If you have glasses you need a change in perscription probably.
I you don't have them examined by a professional.

If this isn't the case it could also be a mild migraine but start with the eye doctor.

I used to sit at computers for 14 hours a day without those symptoms. It is not normal.

Go and see an optometrist. They specialise in visual acuity disorders (eg short sightedness etc). They are not doctors but are trained to diagnose eyesight problems. If there is anything they are worried about, they can refer you to see an eye specialist.
Sounds like a case of eye fatigue as pointed out and you might need reading glasses and eye exercises.

Most people believe that once they are diagnosed with some vision problem and start wearing eye glasses or contact lenses to correct them, they will have to do so for life in order to see better. Those who want a permanent solution to improve eyesight typically resort to Lasik or other corrective eye surgeries. But you you can also improve your vision without surgery and can see perfectly well without using eyeglasses or contact lenses. You can check here to know how https://tr.im/73ed3

In Australia, an eye test is free- covered by Medicare. I'd start there. Best wishes.
