I am an American, and say without doubt or reservation that the Jews are just as bad, if not worse than the Nazis that tried to annihilate them during World War II. I say this because they are slowly but surely doing the same thing to the people of Palestine. It saddens and horrifies me to no end to know they may will succeed because the American government gives the Jews millions and millions of dollars and supplies them with modern high powered arms while giving the people of Palestine nothing but grief.

Oh, no, this fellow has dragged up another myth! During the Six Day War in 1967, the USS Liberty was sailing in Israeli territorial waters and was UNMARKED. It refused to identify itself to the Israelis They considered that this ship might be a warship belonging to the armed forces of one to the countries at which it was at war. So, not knowing that this was an American ship, the Israelis attacked it. Right after the attack, the Liberty identified itself, but by then it was late. The Israelis offered all possible help in treating the injured, and they even compensated the families of those who were unfortunately killed and wounded. This was a very sad story in the relations between the two allies, the United States and Israel. But the attack was in error, the ship was not marked and refused to identify itself, and the Americans understood and accepted the Israeli apology and compensation. To claim anything else is just to stir up animosity and to falsify the facts. And that is a plot to cover up the dastardly terror being waged around the world by radical Islamic terror groups, like Al Qaeda, Hamas, Hisb'Allah and El Aqsa Brigades. .

The attack on the USS Liberty didn't kill all Americans on board. 34 died, 171 were wounded. There were others on board who were not injured.
The attack is something of a mystery, and most analysts agree that Israeli command authorities probably knew they were attacking an American naval vessel.
It should be noted that the attack came around the same time as the 1967 six-day war, when the UN was attempting to block Israel's efforts to defend itself. Most likely the Israelis assumed the Liberty, an intelligence ship, was being used to gather intelligence for the UN, which might then be shared with the Arab states opposed by Israel.
Probably the exact reasons for the attack and the subsequent response by American authorities may never be known. American policy had been to not take sides with or against Israel or other Middle East countries at that time.
Since 1967 Israel and the United States have been allies and generally they have mutually benefitted from the relationship.
It should be noted that America has had hostilities with other nations that have earlier or later been allies. These include France, Britain, Mexico, Spain, Germany and Japan.
I would prefer Israel as a friend and ally to any of the terrorist organizations you are hailing.
So I have accepted your challenge. Of course the Liberty incident is deplorable in several ways, but I believe Israel has been our friend far more than it has ever been our adversary. And Hezbollah and Hamas have killed far more than 34 Americans. The Marines in Beirut numbered more than 6 times the number of dead on Liberty and that was the work of Hezbollah.

The Israeli lobby has a strong leash on Washignton DC! The parents of my mother were jews! America sometimes gets too paranoid that they do not trust allies. Sadly this is how Israel REALLY stays alive and when the attacked the Electronic gathering ship of the US Navy it was done legitimately. Why was the US spying but should HAD asked Israel bluntly as how to have effective elite forces on a big scale of the US so that the US would not have to spend too much money in Vietnam and to ACTUALLY DEFEAT the North Vietnamese without physical invlovement of the People's Republic of China and the Soviet Union. Israel would had given their knowledge in exchange for the best weapon systems and financial infusion to thrive.

You are going to get allot of conflicting answers to this question but it was a cross in signals ,,,, What took place was not intentional ,,,, It was a blunder just like any other friendly fire ,,,, It was a big one but a blunder none the less ,,,, I think as a fellow American that you need to get a few facts straight before you start spouting the "I think" thing ,,,, Calm down and take a chill pill ,,,,, What goes around will eventually come around ,,,, You as just one person can't do anything about it anyway ,,,,

wow, you'll go to any length, with this sick hate.
Do you even realize that the US is dedicated to the end of the Islamic regime in Iran? Do you even understand we would like nothing more than to see Hezbula and Hamas destroyed, killed to the last man? As a nation that is how we see it. Even finding a few people who sympathize with your sick view changes nothing.

Of course you also have to remember that Israel was told by the US that there were no US ships in the area.
