Anyone ever failed a drug test because they were NOT smoking POT , but they were in the same room as other people that were? (basically second hand smoke)

That's really, really unlikely. I think your hair could absorb the smoke, but I doubt there would be enough in your urine to test positive. You can look at http://www.erowid.org/ for info about drug tests and what will and will not cause a positive result. I've heard you can put a few drops of visine in the urine sample (assuming you have the privacy to do so) and test clean that way. A friend's husband tested positive (because he smokes like a chimney on the weekends) and was told he couldn't return to work until he had a clean test. He went to the doctor and they gave him some pills to clean out his system, and he had a clean test two weeks later.

Nice try dude...second hand pot smoke will not give you a high enough concentration in your system to fail a drug test. If you failed it because you smoked weed in the last ten to thirty days.

I have smoked a joint 2 days prior to tests and have passed after drinking 2 litres of cranberry a few hours before going. Also I am not a chronic. 1/8 of an ounce will last me 1 week.

I have found out that there is no way u can have it in your system by just being around it. The only way u will have it in your system is if u inhale it yourself. It has to be a very small room for u to fail your drug test for just being there. Best way to b safe is to not even be around at that time. Look at it this way......u want b where u'r at forever. Stay down til u com up!!!

I know it's very possible to fail because of second hand, I have a couple buddies who work on cruise ships, and b4 we fire sht up, we warn them and they leave the room, or we go elsewhere, I have random tests when I go up to work, and the body flushers you can buy now a days, work 100% if used correctly! Cost around $40
