I went to this guys house I had been out iwth a few times and it was obvious what he wanted ( you know what i mean). I ended up making up an excuse to leave and left. I still havent heard from him..does this really mean he only wanted me for one thing?

you didnt say how old you are so i will assume you are young ...um when you get to this guys house he was thinking Sweet I'm gonna get me some and then you dissed him with an excuse and you expect to hear from him ... i doubt you will. consider how many times you have hung out with him , talked on the phone with him. and if he's going to dis you for dissing him instead of respecting you for your decision hes not worth a second thought.

he definitely wants some. Its up to you to decide what kind of relationship you want. if you also want some, go get it but dont expect him to take you seriously, if you want a more serious relationship with him, dont sleep with him yet, wait till he asks you out , if he does not them for sure he jus wants a shag
