Mosquitonation does have a point.
My grandfather is 92, he always ate healthily and walked everyday, but recently his mind's deteriorated and he has to live in a convalescent hospital. He doesn't go to the bathroom, just does it where he's laying. <<-- NOT FUN!
I'd rather enjoy life and live till I'm 70 or so. So I wouldn't stop eating junk foods. I'd say you shouldn't have more than a can of soda and a big bag of chips a day on average.

I look at it like this, you can eat healthy food and spend a lot of time exercising instead of watching TV and eating junk food. You will live to be 100 and probably die in your own p*ss.
Or you can enjoy life watch TV eat junk food and slide into grave like baseball players slide into home at age 65 with a drink in one hand and a cheese danish in the other and say "Wow, what a ride."

Don't have junk food every single day not good for your health....
American food are mostly junk food for sure. So be aware...

Every person and every body is different, basically if you feel like you've had too much then you probably have. I would probably venture to say that a little bit each night is better than one or two big splurges a week, if you must eat it just eat it in moderation.

Everything in moderation!! I used to work in McDonalds when I went to school and ate it, about 4/5 times a week... I never got fat as I kept active and also enjoyed my fruit and vegies.. I am nearly 40 now and still weigh about the same as when I worked there, we don't have a McDonalds where I live now though!!!!

depends on your weight, heoght and the amount of activity you do everyday... i used to eat everything all the time and then i slowed down my pace of life and cant do that anymore!! i would limit it to a little bit maybe 1/2 cup of junk a day.

all junk food is bad, depending on what you call 'junk food' as long as you're generaly active and get vitamins a little is o.k....but junk food is loaded with crap and restricts circulation, leads to mood swing, icky
