I don't know. You didn't give us much information to go on. If you have a CD burner (not a CD-ROM) in your computer, you should be able to. When you put a blank disc in the burner, a window should pop up asking what you want to do. From there you can select to copy files to your disc among other things. That should let you burn you photos to the CD.

There's no reason why you can't. You just need a burner program to do it. If yours didn't come with one, visit the below site and download and install the free version of Express Burn.
