For me your are doing everything right except, you didn't mention exercise. Just eat three meals a day and exercise regularly at least 30 minutes or walking for one hour is good too.

Not really, as too many carbs and calories no matter if they come from fruit or not can cause you to gain weight. You also need to remember that fruit does have natural sugar. You should have 5 small meals or 3 meals and 2 snacks made up of a balance of whole grains and cereals, lean meats, and vegetables, nuts, and fruits. You are over doing the fruit. You really shouldn't have a snack every hour.

I think you're on a good diet. Carbohydrates don't matter when it comes to losing weight--calories is all that matters (unless you're doing an Atkins deal, which isn't exactly a healthy diet). There is a difference between getting sugar from candybars and getting sugar from fruit. Fruit's also high in fiber, which will definitely help you with weightloss.
The only thing I'd change about your diet if I were you is to only have a snack when you need it. Don't force yourself to eat every hour if you're not hungry.
Make sure you exercise, too, if you want to lose weight and speed up your metabolism effectively.

That sounds like an excellent diet. You are spreading out your food throughout the day instead of having big meals which is great. Good luck and think I will try it.
To increase your metabolism, try walking too. Don't forget to drink a lot of water.

no not really. your supposed to eat a large breakfast, smaller lunch and little dinner. snacking is very unhealthy. once in a while is fine but every hour is a bit much.

Have a decent breakfast instead of dinner. Eating more at the start of the day gives your body more time to burn it off. This is so as your body uses less when you are asleep.

Try to eat less carbohydrates and more of proteins-fish, lean meat etc.
