yes Strayer and Univ of Phoenix on-line are both reputable institutions.

Most universities and colleges offer online classes. As long as you are taking courses from any of them, it is obviously going to be legit. Go to the website of any university or college you can think of, odds are good that you will be able to enroll in online courses from them.

I know the University of Illinois (from all of their campuses) offer lots of classes and even degree programs online, as do most of the community colleges in Illinois.
