Have you ever woken yourself violently?

Ever, while falling into deep sleep, moved your body so violently that it woke you completly? And could that be a mild case of Dystonia?

I HATE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! It unnerves me for days!!!!

I sleepwalk. I walked in the next door neighbor's house once.

Yes. It's not uncommon and doesn't indicate disease. It's just a sort of glich in the machine that is our mind.
